
5th International Conference on Digital Futures and Transformative Technologies (ICoDT2)
The 5th International Conference on Digital Futures and Transformative Technologies (ICoDT2) aims to provide a superior international forum for sharing knowledge and results in theory, methodology and applications of Intelligence Systems. The Conference looks for significant contributions to all major fields of the Intelligence Systems in theoretical and practical aspects. The aim of ICoDT2 is to provide a platform to the researchers and practitioners from both academia as well as industry to meet and share cutting-edge development in the field.
The conference is proudly hosted by National University of Sciences and Technology(NUST), Pakistan. Conference is supported by the IEEE, HEC, Pakistan Science Foundation (PSF) and Springer Publishers.
Full papers are welcomed in the thematic areas listed below. All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.
Accepted papers will be published in IEEE Xplore and/or Springer Conference Proceedings (indexed in Scopus/Web of Science, as applicable).
Papers must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
Each paper will undergo double-blind peer review.
The conference is soliciting full length papers on all the identified areas of research. Submissions should clearly establish the research contribution, its relevance, importance and novelty.

Once a paper is submitted to the online conference system it will undergo blind review by three peers. As per IEEE guidelines all papers will undergo a mandatory plagiarism detection. Following the review of submitted papers, successful authors will be invited to attend and present their work at ICoDT2.
Papers are reviewed for originality, technical quality, clarity, and relevance to the conference themes.
Authors of accepted papers will be required to make revisions as suggested by reviewers.
The conference maintains a strict policy against plagiarism in any form. All submitted manuscripts must represent original work that has not been published elsewhere or is not under consideration for publication in any other venue.
The acceptable similarity index is ≤ 20% (excluding references, acknowledgments, and commonly used phrases). Any single source contributing more than 5% similarity will require revision, even if the overall index is within limit.
Authors of accepted papers must prepare and submit the final (camera-ready) version of their manuscript according to the following guidelines to ensure inclusion in the official conference proceedings. All papers must strictly follow the conference template:

Please ensure A4 paper size, Ensure high-resolution images (300 dpi or above) and legible text. Use proper citation format and ensure that all references are complete. Grammar, spelling, and clarity should be proofread.
IEEE: Fill and sign IEEE Copyright Transfer Form (available in submission portal).
Springer: Complete and sign Springer Consent to Publish Form.
Registration Requirement
At least one author must register for the conference by the camera-ready deadline for the paper to be included in the proceedings.
Each registration covers only one paper; additional papers require additional fees.
Paper Presentation Instructions
Authors are instructed to create a presentation of 12 Minutes length. After the conclusion of the presentation there will be a 3 minutes question answer session. Please pay particular attention to font sizes and ensure that the presentation is of high quality. As the conference is in virtual mode therefore, we request that presenters ensure that they speak loud and clear and try to limit interfering background noises.
IEEE and Springer Proceedings require that a paper has to be presented if it is to appear in the conference proceedings.
Poster Presenters are required to display hardcopy poster in portrait A0 size during the congress.
Poster display schedule will be uploaded in the conference website by 30 Nov 2025.
